Dr. Goldman was raised in Needham, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975. He attended Georgetown University School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1979. After a 3-year associateship in Billerica, Mass., he moved to Charlestown in 1983.
Dr. Goldman is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and Metropolitan District Dental Society. He completes a minimum of 20-credit hours/year of continuing education in dentistry. |

Brenda graduated from North Cambridge Catholic High School. Brenda graduated from Middlesex Community College with an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 1986. She was born and brought up in Charlestown and still resides in town. She has worked as a dental hygienist in various dental practices in the Boston area since graduation. Brenda keeps up to date with the latest in dental hygiene technology by taking classes at the annual Yankee Dental Conference. Brenda has worked with Dr. Goldman since 1990, and gives every patient a thorough cleaning as well as home care instruction in brushing and flossing. She also applies pit and fissure sealants to first and second permanent molars for children under the age of 18. |

Shannon was born and raised in Charlestown and still resides here. She graduated from Charlestown High School in 1995. Prior to joining our office in 1999, Shannon worked as a telephone representative for the Mass Health Claims Inquiry Unit. She has completed various computer classes and received a certificate in business at Bunker Hill Community College. She is a whiz running our new state of the art dental software. She will always be happy and to assist you with appointments and billing inquiries. |

Nancy joined our office in 2004. Nancy was born and raised in Somerville and still resides in the area. She is a graduate of the Tufts-Northeastern Dental Assistant Program and has received an associates degree in dental assisting. She has been involved in the dental field for many years and always makes patients feel comfortable and welcomed. Her duties include preparing patients for treatments, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, handing instruments to Dr. Goldman, suctioning to keep a patient’s mouth clear during treatment, preparing trays for dental procedures, taking dental x-rays and processing the film. |

Helen has worked in our office for the last 5 years. She was born and raised in Charlestown. Helen has worked for many years in the health care industry, including 19 years at the Boston Medical Center and 2 years for Partners Health Care. Helen enjoys interacting with the patients and always makes everyone feel welcome and relaxed. |
